One Months Trial

Master Cleaners offers a one month trial at 50% discount to see if a working relationship can be formed.

During this month no contract or guarantees apply and this period is used by us to:

1. Iron out any teething problems.

2. Perfect the cleaning process to be consistently applied after the month is over.

3. During this month we will be in contact with you on a daily basis to obtain feedback from you which will be incorporated into the final cleaning schedule produced at the end of the month.

After the First Month

If no working relationship can be formed for whatever reason we will depart amicably.

If a working relationship has been established the customer can choose to sign an annual contract or not.

If no annual contract is signed the customer may dispense of our services at any time by giving 30 days notice.

If an annual contact is signed the customer will benefit from:

Half price cleaning for the 2nd and 3rd month.

5% commission on any recommendations that become firm contracts. This commission is payable at the start of these contracts and applies to sites within chains. This is 5% of the annual value of the contract. Contract price remains fixed if customer renews contract for the 2nd and 3rd year.

Money Back Guarantee

This applies to all customers whether contracted or not and applies after the trial period is over. Master Cleaners Limited guarantees to rectify any complaint contained within the cleaning schedule within 24 hours of the complaint being made or your money back for that clean.

Pay Per Clean

We are remunerated on a Pay Per Clean basis not the number of hours the cleaners spend

Factors such as:-

  • How busy the premises is ┬ámay vary from day to day
  • Speed of cleaners on any particular day
  • Whether there are members of staff or clients on the premises interfering with the clean
  • Delays in starting such as cleaners waiting outside to be let in
  • Other factors

Our services are based on a Pay Per Clean basis. Any hours calculated are purely an estimate and do not fall part of any contractual obligation.


Cleaning refers to customer areas only unless specifically mentioned otherwise.

Cleaning is done out of business hours with keys supplied (our insurance is more than adequate to cover any losses including damage arising from loss of keys).

The minimum requirement is 10 hours cleaning per week.

We can undertake cleaning during business hours subject to a minimum of 40 hours per week.

All chemicals & equipment required will be supplied by us and kept on site. All chemicals & equipment required are already included in the cost unless specifically mentioned otherwise.

All prices are subject to VAT being added at 20%.

A two week notice period is required to commence the trial period unless agreed otherwise.

For contracts outside London, a 3 week notice period is required to commence.

All invoices are settled 30 days Net. Late payment of invoices may result in the suspension of cleaning services.

If your cleaning services are suspended, or you have cancelled the contract without the required 30 days notice period, proceedings will be instigated to recover outstanding amounts including the cost of recovery & associated interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debt (Interest) Act 1998 as amended by the European Directive 2000/35/EC.

Additionally any chemicals and equipment supplied by Master Cleaners remaining on your premises will be added to this cost.

We only undertake contracts outside London for existing customers in which case subsequent site(s) can be anywhere in the UK.

We do not supply cleaning services on Christmas Day.

For customers without a contract price increases are indexed to rises in the minimum wage.

No cleaning is done outside of the Final Cleaning Schedule presented after the 1 month trial so please read it carefully and make sure it is correct. Please notify us if it is incorrect and another amended one will be prepared.
